Before getting back from our booking consultants for your inquiry, please have a look at the information in this part, which are the questions you probably want to know. If your questions have not been answered, please use the online chat function in our website, click "Contact Us" to send us an email or contact us by enquiry@uninn.co.uk.

Can I move in early than the check-in date shown on the website?

Some rooms might be available for early check in but you need to check with our booking consultant for confirmation. Please note, once you've signed up your tenancy agreement, an administration fee could be applicable if you decide to change the check-in/check-out date.

Do you have laundry facilities?

All our residences have an on-site laundry room with washing and drying machines. It costs around £4 per wash and dry, except for 8-bed clusters in The Foundry, we provide free washing machines in the communal kitchens.

Does UNINN student accommodation provide cleaning service?

Regular cleaning services are provided in all communal areas including cluster kitchens. Residents are responsible for the cleaning of bedrooms and also daily cleaning in kitchens.

Is the room furnished?

All our apartments come complete with high-quality furnishings that provide ample storage and comfort.

Is there any social space?

Yes, each UNINN student accommodation has fantastic social space for students to socialise. There will be on-site events held for tenants to meet more people, to understand the culture from all over the world and to be connected with UNINN staff.

 

Can I smoke in my room?

No. As per your tenancy agreement, it is not permitted to smoke inside any UNINN building. There are designated smoking areas at each of the developments which you are welcome to use.
